The site survey form, photos and sampling are recorded anyway: they stay on the phone and sync by themselves as soon as the network returns. Signing and reopening the form need a connection, so that there are never two versions of the same document.

Each company has its own instance, with a dedicated database, process and folders; access is controlled by three levels of roles enforced on the server, sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail and the client portal is read-only. Data is hosted in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection, with encrypted daily backups. AI-assisted document reading is optional and can be switched off: it suggests, it does not decide.
