Contents of this page

This English version is provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancy the Italian version prevails. Translation to be reviewed by a lawyer.

1. The service

AerPuro is software offered as a service (SaaS) by AEGIS CODEX S.r.l.: it lets you manage jobs, site inspections, before-and-after photos, sampling and technical reports, and gives the company’s clients a read-only portal. Each customer company works in its own area, reachable at a dedicated address.

2. Who it is for

The service is reserved for companies and professionals who use it for their own business. It is not offered to consumers: for this reason the protections that the Consumer Code reserves for those who buy for purposes unrelated to their professional activity do not apply1.

3. The contract governs the relationship

Use of the app is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Service signed by the customer company, together with the agreement on the processing of personal data required by Article 28 of the GDPR, under which the company appoints us as data processor. These set out the plan and fees, service levels, term and termination, the obligations of the parties and limits of liability. If anything on this page differs from the contract, the contract prevails.

  • You can ask us for a copy of the contract and of the data agreement before signing them, by writing to supporto@aerpuro.it.
  • User accounts are created and managed by the customer company, which decides who can sign in and with what role.
  • The data uploaded remains the customer company’s: we process it on its behalf, as explained in the privacy notice.

4. Use of the aerpuro.it website

The website is free and can be browsed without registration. The guides on regulations, inspections and technical reports are for information only: they cite official sources, but do not replace reading the legislation or the advice of a professional. We check them carefully and correct them when the sources change; if you find an error, write to us.

By using the website you undertake not to:

  • attempt to access restricted areas without valid credentials or circumvent their protections;
  • overload the servers with mass automated requests;
  • use the content in a way that suggests it comes from us when you have modified it.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, the AerPuro name and logo and the software belong to AEGIS CODEX S.r.l. or their respective owners. You may quote short passages from the guides, stating the source, within the limits allowed by copyright law2; for any other use, ask us for permission.

6. Limits of liability

We do our best to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be so or free from errors. We are not responsible for the content of the external sites we link to as sources. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited, remains unaffected. For the app, limits and warranties are those set out in the contract.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the court indicated below has exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise: [Foro competente da indicare].

8. Changes

We may update this page when the service or the regulations change. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date of the last update. Changes to the contract, on the other hand, follow the rules laid down in the contract itself.
